Seasonal Assistant District Manager

Seasonal Assistant District Manager oversees multi-unit retail locations in the assigned district (20+ stores/kiosks) in tandem with the District Manager to maximize efficiency, revenue and profitability. Responsibilities include leading recruiting and interviewing seasonal staff, driving tax education and the hire process, monitoring performance, ensuring standards across locations (office setup, technology, facilities), maintaining client-related and brand awareness, advising on employee relations and training, and overseeing financials including GL & P&L with district goals. Requires an associate degree or equivalent experience and 2 years of management or supervisory experience; tax knowledge and strong communication, organizational, and client-service skills are preferred; ability to work evenings and weekends and to travel within the district.
