Job Summary
Manage multi-unit retail locations in the assigned district by strategically overseeing operations to maximize efficiency, revenue, and profitability. Lead recruiting efforts, interview seasonal employees, and drive the tax education process while monitoring performance against quality standards and deadlines. Ensure assigned locations meet company standards for facilities, technology, and supplies, and resolve client complaints or escalated disputes. Monitor GL & P&L performance, hold or void discount reports, and meet district goals for revenue and tax return counts. This full-time seasonal role begins October 5, 2026, and ends April 24, 2027, with a start date of October 5, 2026, and an anticipated end date of April 24, 2027.
Required Qualifications
- Associate degree or equivalent related business experience
- Course of study in management or in tax preparation and/or accounting
- 2 years previous management or supervisory experience

- Ability to sustain energy and remain available to subordinates during season including evenings and weekends
- Ability to work under pressure, in a fast-paced working environment

Desired Qualifications
- Course of study in management or in tax preparation and/or accounting preferred
- Tax knowledge preferred
- Proficiency with a variety of computer software applications such as electronic mail, internet browser, Dayforce or other HR information system, online time-tracking, Word, and Excel preferred
- Knowledge in accounting or tax preparation software preferred
- Entrepreneurial spirit that inspires out of the box thinking to impact business results
- Strong communication, interpersonal, organizational, and client service skills
