Job Summary
Asset Protection Coordinator helps maintain a safe, secure environment for people, customers, and assets; supports safety initiatives, investigates incidents, and partners with store leadership to reduce shrink and promote operational excellence. Responsibilities include monitoring CCTV, conducting investigations, enforcing safety procedures, executing shrink-reduction strategies using RFID and reporting tools, completing incident and security metric reports, and assisting in training store teams while coordinating with local law enforcement. Requires 1+ year retail/asset protection experience, strong organizational and communication skills, ability to handle safety situations professionally, and willingness to work a flexible schedule. Pay is hourly in the range of $23.35–$24.30, with benefits and potential incentives; located in McLean, VA.
Required Qualifications
- 1+ year of retail or asset protection experience

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Knowledge of CCTV systems and basic computer skills (preferred)
