Job Summary
Asset Protection Coordinator responsible for monitoring CCTV, investigating incidents, and enforcing safety and security procedures to promote a safe store environment. You’ll reduce shrink using RFID and other reporting tools, partner with store leadership and local law enforcement, train store teams on asset prevention, and contribute to action plans and incident reporting. The role collaborates with Asset Protection and Store Operations, requiring strong organizational skills, professional communication, and the ability to handle high-volume, hands-on security duties.
Required Qualifications
- 1+ year of retail or asset protection experience
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- A calm and professional approach to handling safety related situations
- Strong accountability, initiative, and confidentiality
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Knowledge of CCTV systems and basic computer skills (preferred)
- Flexibility to work a schedule based on business needs
