Job Summary
Asset Protection Coordinator at The Mall at Columbia responsible for monitoring CCTV, supporting investigations, and reducing shrink through RFID and data-driven reporting. Partner with store leadership and local law enforcement to promote safety and operational excellence; train store teams on asset prevention; generate incident and security metric reports; assist in action plans with management; perform surveillance and investigation activities as part of loss-prevention initiatives.
Required Qualifications
- 1+ year of retail or asset protection experience
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- A calm and professional approach to handling safety related situations
- Strong accountability, initiative, and confidentiality
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work a flexible schedule based on business needs
- Knowledge of CCTV systems and basic computer skills (preferred)
- Comfortable using surveillance, reporting, and monitoring technologies
- Physical requirements indicating hands-on, high-volume work with lifting up to 25 pounds
