Job Summary
Asset Protection Coordinator role focusing on safety, incident investigations, and shrink reduction in a high-volume retail environment. You will monitor CCTV, gather data, conduct investigations, enforce safety procedures, execute RFID-based shrink-reduction strategies, prepare incident and security metric reports, and assist in training store teams while partnering with store leadership and local law enforcement. Strong communication, organization, confidentiality, and the ability to adapt to a flexible schedule are essential; knowledge of CCTV systems and basic computer skills are preferred.
Required Qualifications
- 1+ year of retail or asset protection experience
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- A calm and professional approach to handling safety related situations
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work a flexible schedule based on business needs
- Knowledge of CCTV systems and basic computer skills (preferred)
- Comfortable using surveillance, reporting, and monitoring technologies
- Physical ability to perform manual tasks and lift up to 25 pounds
