Job Summary
Asset Protection Coordinator role in a high-volume retail setting focusing on safety, surveillance, incident investigations, and shrink reduction. You will monitor CCTV, support investigations with data gathering, enforce safety procedures, execute shrink-reduction strategies using RFID and reporting tools, complete incident and security metric reports, and assist in training store teams while coordinating with store leadership and local law enforcement to promote security and operational excellence. The position requires strong organizational skills, confidentiality, professional communication, and the ability to work a flexible schedule; knowledge of CCTV systems and comfort with surveillance technologies are preferred.
Required Qualifications
- 1+ year of retail or asset protection experience
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- A calm and professional approach to handling safety related situations
- Strong accountability, initiative, and confidentiality
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work a flexible schedule based on business needs
- Knowledge of CCTV systems and basic computer skills (preferred)
- Comfortable using surveillance, reporting, and monitoring technologies
- Physical ability to perform labor for 6-8 hours per shift
