Job Summary
Asset Protection Coordinator responsibilities include monitoring CCTV, investigations, and shrink reduction initiatives in a high-volume retail environment at Mall of America. You will support safety initiatives, investigate incidents, and partner with store leadership to reduce shrink and promote operational excellence. You’ll collaborate with the Asset Protection Manager, store leadership teams, and local law enforcement, and assist in training store teams on asset prevention. Requirements include 1+ year of retail or asset protection experience, strong organizational and communication skills, the ability to handle safety-related situations professionally, and a flexible schedule. Knowledge of CCTV systems and basic computer skills are preferred. Physical requirements involve continuous movement during shifts and the ability to lift up to 25 pounds."
