Job Summary
Seasonal Asset Protection Coordinator responsible for monitoring CCTV surveillance, supporting investigations, and executing shrink-reduction strategies to promote a safe store environment. Collaborates with store leadership, Asset Protection Manager, and local law enforcement, delivering incident and security metric reports, training store teams on asset prevention, and using RFID/reporting tools to reduce shrink. Must be able to work a flexible schedule in a high-volume retail setting and handle physical duties related to asset protection.
Required Qualifications
- 1+ year of retail or asset protection experience
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Calm and professional approach to safety-related situations
- Strong accountability, initiative, and confidentiality
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Knowledge of CCTV systems and basic computer skills (preferred)
