Job Summary
Deliver and distribute agronomy products to customer farming locations while adhering to workplace safety, product safety, and environmental regulations. Safely operate facility material handling equipment and assist with inventory management and warehouse procedures. Support maintenance projects around the facility and perform other facility-related tasks assigned by the Location Manager. Due to seasonality, you may also perform work tasks for other company agronomy locations and departments including Feed, Grain, Energy, Bins, and Shops as directed. This seasonal role requires a Class A CDL and involves physically demanding duties including lifting up to 50 pounds.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- 2 years of related experience
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Detail oriented with high level of accuracy
- Dependable and punctual
- Eagerness to jump in and help the team as needed
- Physically able to perform all requirements of the job, including but not limited to using hands to finger, handle or feel, seeing, hearing, sitting, standing, walking, reaching, climbing, stooping, kneeling, crouching, and crawling
- Able to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds
