Seasonal ACA Telesales Representative

Job Summary
Handle inbound sales calls from customers interested in ACA products and services, and make outbound calls to prospective leads as needed. Educate customers on available plans, assess their needs, and recommend appropriate options while maintaining compliance standards. Document all interactions in CRM systems and meet key performance indicators for sales activity, call quality, and enrollment goals. This seasonal role requires an active Group 1 Life and Health Insurance license, bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish, and 3+ years of customer service or sales experience. Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Active Group 1 – Life and Health Insurance License
- Ability to maintain Continuing Education (CE) requirements to keep license active
- Ability to pass state-required background checks for licensing purposes
- Ability to pass an employer background check
- Bilingual in English and Spanish required
- Strong knowledge of CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite
