Job Summary
Stock merchandise, set displays, and sell Target products on the sales floor while maintaining accurate pricing and inventory levels. Handle cash register operations, scan and move merchandise safely, and resolve guest questions quickly on the spot. Work efficiently in a busy environment during nights, weekends, and holidays, lifting up to 40 pounds as needed. Maintain flexibility for a flexible work schedule and regular attendance.

Desired Qualifications
- Knowledge of guest service fundamentals and experience supporting a guest first culture across the store
- Experience in retail business fundamentals: department sales trends, inventory management, and process efficiency and improvement
- Experience executing daily/weekly workload to support business priorities and deliver on sales goals
