Job Summary
The Apparel Processing Assistant Store Manager is responsible for managing all business operations of the Apparel Processing Center, including overall operations, receiving/shipping functions, and Human Resources activities. This role oversees productivity of hourly associates, facilities management, payroll, expenses, and inventory shrinkage. The manager is expected to model integrity and adherence to the Code of Business Conduct while holding others accountable for business practices.
