Job Summary
Lead and direct complex SEO, GEO, and AISO programs to optimize organic visibility and AI-driven search presence. Set strategy, translate objectives into long-term plans, advise senior leaders, and drive cross-functional initiatives across marketing, sales, and technology. Maintain proactive governance of risks, leverage advanced analytics to shape strategy, and pursue continuous improvement while collaborating with stakeholders across Vanguard’s hybrid work model.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 5+ years of related work experience
- Undergraduate degree in Marketing or equivalent experience required
- Demonstrated expertise in SEO with strong understanding of GEO and AISO strategies
- Graduate degree preferred
- Ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive cross-functional outcomes
