Job Summary
Execute SEO and reputation management strategies by conducting keyword research, performing competitive analysis, and coordinating off-page activities like influencer outreach. Manage project lifecycles from envisioning through deployment, while monitoring search results across major channels and developing new reports for senior management. Produce performance dashboards, maintain team documentation including policies and test results, and identify process improvements to enhance departmental efficiency. Report project outcomes to the Legal, Compliance, Communications, and Data Protection group and communicate updates to external stakeholders.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
- At least 3 years of digital organic marketing, public relations, or equivalent experience
- Highly developed qualitative and/or quantitative skills
- Ability to analyze various situations and develop creative solutions
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- High level of attention to detail
- Ability to adapt to changes in a fast paced, team environment
- Ability to prioritize workload and manage time across various tasks
- Proficient in Microsoft Office software
Desired Qualifications
- Proficient with web technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript
- Proficient with SEO analysis tools such as ScreamingFrog, AHREFs, SEMRush, Moz, etc.
- Knowledge of website content and coding guidelines as provided by search engines with significant market share
