Job Summary
Execute the full life-cycle of direct hire recruiting for top tier, mid- to senior-level professional roles by partnering with clients to define strategic objectives and deploying role-specific recruiting strategies. Analyze hiring needs, determine best recruiting methods, and administer job postings while screening resumes and conducting behavioral interviews. Negotiate fee agreements, complete correspondence for placements, and enter assignment data into tracking systems. Generate Direct Hire fees per budgeted goals and nurture account development through tours of client offices and professional networking. Build and maintain relationships with passive and active candidates while coaching team members and ensuring compliance with employment laws.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business or a related field
- Minimum of three (3) years of experience recruiting top tier, mid- to senior-level candidates or relevant industry experience
- Combination of post-high school education and related professional work experience equivalent to seven (7) years
- Ability to communicate effectively, verbally and in writing
- Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships
- Ability to focus on client needs with a commitment to quality and customer service
- Ability to prioritize, organize and perform multiple work assignments simultaneously while meeting deadlines
- Ability to identify and resolve problems through recommending and implementing creative solutions
- Ability to demonstrate business acumen and market insight
- Knowledge of and ability to interpret and understand employment-related laws, rules and regulations
- Knowledge of and the ability to utilize Applicant Tracking Systems
- Knowledge of current sourcing and recruiting trends, best practices and methodologies
- Proficient with Microsoft Office products, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
- Knowledge of and the ability to utilize Customer Relationship Management Systems and/or related tools
