Job Summary
Search Account Manager responsible for owning day-to-day execution of paid search activities, leading a team including junior members, and serving as a key point of contact for internal and external stakeholders. Drive campaign strategies, testing, optimisation, and reporting; ensure client deliverables are met and exceed expectations. Requires strong platform knowledge (Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, ideally Search Ads 360), client and partner management, people leadership, and a collaborative, data-driven approach to delivering growth for brands within a hybrid UK-based office setting (Manchester).
Required Qualifications
- Extensive expertise in search campaign setup, management, optimisation, and reporting across platforms such as Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, and ideally Search Ads 360
- Strong understanding of the strategic and tactical applications of paid search and digital marketing as a whole
- Proven ability to lead and promote continuous innovation and test-and-learn opportunities for clients and teams
- Exceptional account management and communication skills, with the ability to motivate others while fostering a positive team climate
- Ability to communicate effectively with people from diverse backgrounds, cultures, and countries
