Job Summary
Deliver results while putting the customer first and applying an omni-channel mindset by building relationships with customers, team members, and business partners. Act as a Rhone product knowledge expert educating customers on features and benefits, assessing individual needs to provide product recommendations. Support all areas of the selling floor including fitting rooms and point of sale, while assisting with replenishment, visual standards, and other operational tasks. Take initiative by jumping in on any task, asking questions, and sharing ideas while demonstrating inclusive behavior across the team and customers. Available to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays, with a minimum of two 4-hour shifts weekly. Must adhere to scheduled shifts with punctuality, be able to lift 25 pounds, and be comfortable climbing ladders, moving around regularly, and standing for extended periods. Must be legally authorized to work in the United States and at least 18 years old.
