Job Summary
Manage all alterations, fittings, and sewing, steaming, pressing, and spot cleaning of garments to company standards while maintaining quality control guidelines. Greet, escort, and consult with customers regarding gown fit and customization, resolving service issues swiftly and ensuring flawless shopping experiences. Process special orders, maintain inventory management, and support cash wrap behaviors with accuracy. Work minimal weekday hours for weekends only, reporting to the Store Manager. Prior sewing experience in bridal or special occasion production is required.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent degree
- 1-2 years prior retail experience in an apparel or specialty store environment
- Prior sewing experience
- Prior experience in a bridal and/or special occasion production environment
Desired Qualifications
- Prior experience with computerized POS (Point of Sale) system
