Job Summary
Conduct seaming and washing of all glass as required while maintaining a clean work environment by cleaning up breakage, disposing of damaged glass, and organizing station desks. Review all glass for quality control standards and participate in activities requiring additional help or organizational support. Maintain regular cleaning, repair, and general maintenance of machines, coordinating efforts with workload and management. Assist in developing standard operating procedures (SOPs), designing production KPMs, and identifying KPMs to meet customer satisfaction goals. Be responsive to changes in the production schedule as needed. This in-house role supports KGa's single-source capacity for high-end interior glass work for law firms and upscale organizations. OSHA 10 certification is required.
Required Qualifications

- Ability to work at our Ijamsville, MD location
