SEALANTS PROJECT MANAGER

Sealants Project Manager oversees all aspects of sealants projects from planning to completion, including profitability, scheduling, procurement, and field coordination. Responsible for developing production schedules, tracking project costs, interpreting blueprints, coordinating material procurement, attending jobsite meetings with owners/architects/project stakeholders, supporting estimating and bid preparation, coordinating with accounting and admin teams, and ensuring compliance with safety and project standards. Ideal candidate brings construction or sealants project experience, strong reading of blueprints, proficient with Microsoft Office and basic PM tools, excellent communication and leadership to manage field teams and deliver projects safely, efficiently, and profitably.
