Seal Coat Laborer responsible for assisting in preparation, application, and cleanup of seal coating operations on driveways, parking lots, and roadways. Work outdoors in a physically demanding environment; assist with setup, operation, and cleanup; clean surfaces with blowers, brooms, and power washers; apply sealer with squeegees, brushes, or spray equipment; place cones/barricades/signs for traffic control; operate small equipment; load/unload materials; maintain cleanliness; follow safety protocols and wear PPE; collaborate with crew to complete projects efficiently; willingness to work nights, weekends, and overtime as required.
