Job Summary
Ensure all seafood products meet freshness and quality standards, including proper rotation and dating. Execute planograms and maintain accurate product placement and signage. Coordinate with department leadership on ordering and replenishment of seafood items. Verify deliveries for accuracy and freshness, ensuring proper receiving and storage procedures. Play a key role in compliance during key item transitions and promotional events. Support front-end operations during peak business times as a cashier or in other areas. Engage guests with a friendly, helpful approach when on the sales floor. This position requires the willingness to work a flexible schedule, including weekends, days, evenings, and holidays.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in retail, grocery, restaurant, or hospitality operations
- Strong attention to detail with organizational skills, ability to multitask, and work at a fast pace
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including weekends, days, evenings, and holidays
Desired Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Retail, culinary, and/or grocery experience
- Experience with electronic shelf label systems, inventory management technology, or AI-enabled retail tools
