Job Summary

Oversee daily operations of the Seafood Department, focusing on customer service, freshness, and department readiness. Provide friendly service, respond to customer requests, and coordinate training, scheduling, and task assignment for seafood clerks. Execute merchandising programs, displays, and pricing; prepare seafood items including cutting, weighing, wrapping, and stocking. Maintain clean work areas, monitor product freshness, and manage ordering, inventory levels, and receiving shipments. Track temperature checks for coolers and freezers, ensure compliance with food safety requirements, and maintain department signage. Work in a fast-paced environment with flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Competitive wages range from $19.38 to $23.43 per hour.
