Seafood Leader

Oversee the Seafood department by managing inventory, scheduling associates, and conducting performance reviews. Take customer orders, resolve concerns, and develop localized merchandising plans to drive sales. Inspect deliveries for quality, break down products, and enforce proper rotation and dating procedures. Monitor competitor activity, control labor costs, and prepare inventory records to calculate gross monthly profits. Develop cross-merchandising plans with store management and utilize the Learning Management System for training. Ensure associates follow company recipes and handle spoiled product according to established procedures.
