Seafood Lead - Bid

Lead the seafood department by directing Team Members, ordering seafood, conducting in-store sampling and instructional cooking demonstrations, and delivering exemplary customer service. Responsible for maintaining product mix, signage, inventory, scheduling and delegating tasks, and controlling department costs. Recruits, interviews, and trains Team Members; ensures food safety and safety guidelines; promotes diversity and inclusion; and fosters team development and culinary creativity. Requires 3-5 years experience, knowledge of P&L, and a high school diploma or equivalent; culinary degree helpful.
