Job Summary
Greet customers and provide prompt, courteous, and efficient service while maintaining a positive, friendly, and fun atmosphere. Set up the seafood counter, ice cases, and prepare displays, then merchandise seafood daily. Organize cooler and freezer arrangements, rotate product, and prepare seafood salads and specialty items. Assist with pricing all seafood and maintain neat, clean appearances of all cases. Follow the company food safety program, sanitize and clean the department at least twice daily, and ensure your workstation remains tidy. Adhere to scheduled shifts and company time and attendance policies.
Required Qualifications
- 18 years of age or older
- Ability to meet standard Physical, Mental, and Visual demands
- Ability to understand and follow verbal and/or written instructions
- Ability to perform routine and repetitive tasks
- Ability to have constant contact/interaction with various levels of individuals on a daily basis
- Ability to attend on-site work during scheduled shifts
- Adherence to company time and attendance policies
