Job Summary
Seafood Hall Server at Lobster Place responsible for selling and serving guests with warmth and hospitality in Chelsea Market. Duties include knowing menu items and making recommendations, delivering food and beverages from kitchen to guests promptly, maintaining a welcoming and orderly restaurant environment, handling transactional duties, and training new team members. Requires guest-facing experience in a fast-paced, high-volume restaurant, strong communication, teamwork, ability to multi-task and solve problems, and weekend availability; physical ability to lift 15 lbs. and work in a kitchen environment with standard equipment. Required Qualifications
- 1+ years’ experience in a guest-facing restaurant role in a high-volume atmosphere

- Able to lift and carry 15 lbs.
- Punctual, reliable, and must be able to work weekends
- Work well with a team and communicate effectively
