As a filleter at Echo Falls Seafoods, your primary responsibility will be to properly cut fresh fish to ensure maximum use of product while focusing on quality. The position requires excellent knife skills, teamwork, and the ability to stand for extended periods. The company offers a $500 hiring bonus after 60 days and an additional $500 after 90 days, along with bonuses for successful referrals.
