Job Summary
Coordinate with the night crew to ensure customer seafood orders are accurately picked, packed, and labeled. Identify and resolve any missing or mislabeled items before dispatch, while weighing, packing, and preparing fresh and frozen seafood for shipment using baskets, boxes, or crates. Maintain cleanliness and organization in your work area and assist with general warehouse tasks as needed in a cold, wet environment. This role requires standing, bending, and lifting up to 50 lbs for 10+ hour shifts from 6 PM to job completion, Monday through Friday. Applicants must be authorized to work in the United States.
Required Qualifications
- Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States
- Physically able to stand, bend, lift up to 50 lbs, and work 10+ hour shifts
- Must be reliable, a team player, and able to work weekends/overtime when required
Desired Qualifications
- Experience in warehouse, seafood, or food distribution preferred
- Ability to work in cold, wet conditions for extended periods
- Basic math and English reading/writing skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow safety and sanitation protocols
