Job Summary
Prepare monthly intercompany reconciliation files and management account packs for assigned entities. Maintain AR movement files by updating cash collections and billing raised in a timely manner. Submit monthly motherfirm balances for SEAC HQ reporting and conduct monthly bank reconciliations for corporate accounts. Manage daily cash books with payment details to support regional cash flow planning and liquidity management. Assist with ad hoc international business operations, regional finance projects, and cross-functional initiatives as assigned. This year-end internship runs from December 2026 to January/February 2027 and requires proficiency in advanced Excel functions.
Required Qualifications
- Undergraduate students from local or overseas universities pursuing a degree in Accounting, Business, or a related field
- Proficient in Microsoft Word and advanced Excel functions (e.g., Pivot Tables, VLOOKUPs)
- Bachelor Degree
- Government Clearance
- Strong attention to detail, with a high level of accuracy, organization, and meticulousness
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to effectively multitask and work under pressure while meeting strict deadlines
- Inquisitive mindset with a flair for innovation and creative thinking
- Demonstrates a keen willingness and proactive attitude to learn and develop within the Internal Finance team
