Job Summary
Sea Logistics VinLog Customer Care Expert based in Paarl provides accurate information to customers, responds to inquiries, and professionally handles complaints as the primary contact for internal and external stakeholders. Owns an assigned customer portfolio, develops relationships, drives retention and growth, and oversees end-to-end order processing, data management, and reporting. Collaborates with operations, sales, and carriers to optimize service delivery and expand the customer base, delivering a high-quality customer experience and ensuring satisfaction with Vinlog’s services and processes.
Required Qualifications
- Completed training as a freight forwarding and logistics services clerk or comparable qualification
- First professional experience in customer service, ideally in transport and forwarding
- Confident handling of MS Office programs
- Independent, team-oriented and service-oriented working style
- Confident appearance, strong communication skills as well as a high level of service and customer orientation
- Good written and spoken English skills
