Job Summary
Sea Logistics Sales Representative responsible for end-to-end sales activities within logistics and freight forwarding in India, including prospecting, quotation preparation, and pipeline management to secure sustainable business opportunities; collaborate with Customer Care Location (CCL), Pricing, and Business Development teams to align sales strategies and pricing decisions; monitor market and competitor activities to identify opportunities and maintain competitiveness; support customer onboarding and ensure accurate maintenance of customer information in internal systems; gather and share customer feedback to support service improvements; review customer portfolios with internal stakeholders to drive performance and growth; enhance customer engagement, satisfaction, retention, and reactivation through strong relationship management; required experience in logistics or related industries, strong commercial acumen, ability to drive revenue growth, end-to-end sales cycles, CRM proficiency, and ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
