Job Summary
Own, monitor and drive all sea logistics sales activities for customers within your control, including identifying, qualifying and nurturing prospects through the sales pipeline to close profitable and sustainable deals. Align sales efforts with Customer Care Location Managers, Pricing and Sea Logistics Business Development teams, and monitor competition to inform pricing decisions. Report customer feedback to the CCL team, onboard new customers, maintain and update critical customer information in internal systems, and regularly review portfolios with the CCL Managers to focus on engagement, satisfaction, retention and reactivation through high levels of service quality with cross-functional collaboration.
