Sea Freight Operator

Job Summary
Coordinate bookings with shipping lines, agents, and correspondents; prepare loading notes; manage sea freight documents (bills of lading, delivery orders, customs declarations); oversee invoices for sea freight shipments; ensure ERP data in Orian is accurate; require high school or bachelor’s-degree in Logistics, Maritime Studies, or related fields and demonstrated experience in operations; strong MS Office skills; fluent Greek and English; work as part of the Sea Freight Forwarding team in Piraeus to manage end-to-end ocean freight shipments, import/export operations, and documentation.
Required Qualifications
- High school or Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Maritime Studies, Business administration or other related fields.
- Demonstrated experience in Operations or relevant position.
- Previous experience in the shipping freight forwarding industry is desirable.
- Proficiency in MS Office
