Job Summary
Automation Software Development: design/implement automation system software (C#, Python, LabVIEW); Develop and debug automation control programs for production equipment. Smart Manufacturing System Development: optimize smart manufacturing systems, analyze data to improve production efficiency/quality. System Integration and Testing: collaborate with hardware engineers for integration and testing, use simulation tools to verify design requirements. Data Analysis and Reporting: collect/analyze production data, generate reports, use Python/PowerBI for data processing. System Maintenance/Upgrades: regular maintenance, plan upgrades for continuous improvement. Cross-Departmental Collaboration: work with manufacturing/testing/product managers on requirements/dis feasibility; write technical documentation to ensure maintainability/scalability of system architecture.
