Job Summary
Lead purchasing and supply chain activities for pump product projects, ensuring Quality, Cost, and Delivery excellence by integrating suppliers early into the Product Engineering Process. Manage supplier selection, audits, and capacity planning while driving technical clarifications for part releases and manufacturing feasibility. Coordinate Simultaneous Engineering between R&D and suppliers, organize Ratio Project Planning workshops, and monitor project status for time, quality, and cost reporting. Execute VAVE initiatives to improve product margins and lead recovery actions during supply chain disruptions. Bachelor's degree in engineering with 7+ years in development or process engineering required. Fluent English and Chinese skills essential; German is a plus. Located in China with full sponsorship available.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor degree in Science and Engineering related major
- Bachelor or above in the direction of mechanical engineering, industrial engineer or comparable degree course
- Degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or Industrial Engineering
- More than 7 years experiences in development, production or process engineering related working experiences
- Profound knowledge of Bosch PEP/FLOW or similar automotive project management standards
- Expertise in negotiation techniques and cost analysis (Should-cost/VAVE)
- Experience in managing complex supply chains within an International Production Network (IPN)
- Good English and Chinese in reading, writing, and speaking
- Fluent English communication and presentation
Desired Qualifications
- German is a plus
- More than 7 years experiences in development, production or process engineering related working experiences in Bosch or an international company (Apple,Huawei.etc) is preferred
