Job Summary
Oversee performance and operations of corporate-owned locations across Southeast Florida, directly managing Store Managers to drive sales, profitability, and operational consistency. Own P&L management, including revenue performance, labor management, and controllable expenses, while developing district-level budgets and forecasting. Conduct regular store visits to assess execution, team development, and business health, implementing strategies to improve margins and efficiency. Recruit, coach, and retain high-performing Store Managers, fostering a culture of accountability and identifying future leaders within the district. Champion a best-in-class client experience by ensuring consistent service execution, cleanliness, and brand presentation across all sites. Support new store openings within the district, including hiring, onboarding, and launch execution, while partnering cross-functionally with Marketing, Training, and Finance teams. This role requires a balance of strategic thinking and hands-on execution, with a strong focus on sales performance, leadership development, and operational excellence.
Required Qualifications
- 3-5+ years of multi-unit leadership experience in retail, wellness, beauty, hospitality, franchise, or service-based industries
- Proven ability to lead high-performing teams across multiple locations
- Strong financial acumen with experience managing P&Ls across multiple locations, including budgeting, forecasting, labor management, and profitability improvement initiatives
- Exceptional leadership, communication, coaching, and organizational skills
- Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution
- Highly adaptable and comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
- Passion for team development, culture building, and client experience
- Willingness to travel regularly between SE Florida locations
