Maintain common areas, remove trash and recycling, and perform general cleaning and maintenance tasks to keep the property organized and in excellent condition for residents. Assist with daily upkeep to ensure a clean environment. Requires physical ability for work tasks and punctuality. Experience in cleaning or maintenance is preferred but not required. Full-time or part-time schedule availability is needed.
