Job Summary
London-based remote SDR role with hybrid in-person work; responsibilities include cold calling for outbound lead generation, booking demos after discovery calls, following up on cancelled demos, delivering and refining the sales process with the team, providing feedback on scripts and tactics, and supplying product insights from salons to help optimize the offering. Initial onsite training in Central London for 6 months (2 days/week), followed by a hybrid model (approximately 2 days/week in the office) with monthly onsite visits and quarterly team gatherings. The role emphasizes strong communication, resilience, self-motivation, and the ability to learn quickly in a distributed DaySmart/Slick environment, serving salons and barbers with a smart booking platform.
