Job Summary
SDR (Sales Development Representative) to support business growth by identifying and qualifying potential clients. Responsibilities include prospecting, outbound outreach via email/calls/social platforms, qualifying leads, scheduling meetings for the sales team, maintaining lead activity records, following up with prospects, nurturing relationships, collaborating with sales and marketing to improve lead generation, and meeting outreach/performance goals. Requires experience in sales or related roles, strong communication, confidence in outreach, CRM familiarity, multitasking, organizational skills, and the ability to work both independently and with a team.
