Job Summary
SDR (Sales Development Representative) role focused on prospecting, outbound outreach, and lead qualification to set appointments for the sales team. Responsibilities include identifying and researching potential clients, conducting outbound outreach via email, calls, and social platforms, qualifying leads, scheduling meetings, maintaining accurate lead activity records, following up with prospects, nurturing relationships, collaborating with sales and marketing to improve lead generation, and meeting outreach/performance goals. Requires familiarity with CRM systems and sales tools, strong communication and organizational skills, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
