Job Summary
As a Sales Development Representative (SDR) at Playground, you will prospect and generate leads for enterprise accounts through various channels, qualify leads via discovery calls, schedule demos for Account Executives, and enhance lead generation strategies. The ideal candidate has at least 1 year of experience in a lead generation role within B2B SaaS, particularly at an SMB-focused vSaaS. You should demonstrate strong outbound prospecting capabilities, familiarity with CRM tools like Salesforce, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-ownership environment.
Required Qualifications
- 1+ years in SDR or lead generation role in B2B SaaS
- Experience at an SMB-focused vSaaS company
- Proven track record of meeting lead quotas and qualifying opportunities
- Strong outbound prospecting skills
