Job Summary
SDR for Nordic Markets based in Newcastle, responsible for prospecting, qualifying and generating new opportunities via phone, social media and online channels; follow up inbound leads; build and maintain a strong pipeline through outbound activity; collaborate with senior sales executives to drive revenue in the territory; represent Arctic Wolf at events and tradeshows; apply a consultative approach to create value-driven conversations; achieve and exceed targets; language requirements include English and German plus one of Danish, Norwegian, Finnish, or Swedish; requires experience in sales/customer-facing roles and comfort working in a fast-paced environment; CRM and social media research skills are important; compensation includes base salary ranges in EUR and GBP with additional incentives and comprehensive benefits.
Required Qualifications
- 1–2 years of professional experience after university
- Fluent in English & German
- Proficiency in at least one of Danish, Norwegian, Finnish or Swedish
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Experience with CRM tools
- Ability to manage multiple priorities
- Team-oriented mindset
