Job Summary
Lead and develop the SDR team to own outbound pipeline, conduct 1:1s and pipeline reviews, coach for performance improvements, and collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and RevOps on targeting and handoffs. Build playbooks, onboarding, and training; ensure CRM data integrity and reliable reporting. Requires 2+ years leading SDR/BDR teams, a data-driven approach to forecasting and metrics, and experience with CRM and sales-engagement tools in a B2B SaaS context (Microsoft 365/IT). Remote-first, Canada-based environment with a leadership focus on outbound prospecting, pipeline generation, and team scalability.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience leading or managing SDR or BDR teams
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding pipeline and meeting generation targets
- Strong understanding of outbound prospecting across email, phone, and social channels
- Experience coaching reps and improving performance through structured feedback
- Data-driven approach to managing activity, conversion rates, and forecasting
- Experience with CRM systems and sales engagement tools
- Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate across teams
- Experience in B2B SaaS preferred, especially within IT or Microsoft 365-related environments
- Experience hiring, onboarding, and scaling SDR teams in a fast-paced setting
