Job Summary
Nordic-market SDR based in Frankfurt focusing on prospecting and qualifying opportunities via phone, social media, and online channels. You will build and maintain a strong pipeline in Denmark, Norway, Finland, and Sweden, follow up inbound leads, collaborate with senior sales executives, represent Arctic Wolf at events, and apply a consultative approach to create value-driven conversations. English fluency plus at least one Nordic language is required, along with 1–2 years of relevant experience. Proficiency with CRM tools, outbound/inbound activities, and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment are essential.
Required Qualifications
- 1–2 years of professional experience in Sales, Business Development, Lead Generation, Outbound or a comparable customer-facing role
- Fluent in English and at least one Nordic language: Danish, Norwegian, Finnish or Swedish
- Strong motivation to build a long-term career in Sales
- Excellent communication skills (written, verbal) and relationship-building abilities
- Experience with CRM tools and leveraging social media/research to identify and qualify leads
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities
- Team-oriented mindset and cross-functional collaboration skills
- Technical aptitude and solid business acumen
