Job Summary
SDR role focused on the German market based in Frankfurt. Responsibilities include prospecting, qualifying, and generating new opportunities via phone, social media and online channels; following up on inbound leads to convert interest into qualified pipeline; maintaining a strong pipeline through outbound activity; partnering with senior sales executives to drive revenue; representing Arctic Wolf at events and tradeshows; building relationships with prospects, partners and internal stakeholders; applying a consultative approach to create value-driven conversations; and consistently achieving and exceeding targets. Fluency in German and English, plus the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and collaborate across teams, are required.
Required Qualifications
- Ideally 1–2 years of professional experience after university in Sales, Business Development, Lead Generation, Outbound or a comparable customer-facing role
- Fluent in German and English
- Strong motivation to build a long-term career in Sales with a drive to achieve results
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Team-oriented mindset with collaboration across functions
- Excellent communication skills (written, verbal and social) with ability to engage and build relationships
- Experience with CRM tools and leveraging social media and research to identify and qualify leads
