Job Summary
SDR Coach and Trainer responsible for onboarding new SDR hires and delivering ongoing skills development across reps in Barcelona and Milan, while building scalable coaching frameworks, scorecards, and feedback loops. Use call recordings, role plays, and performance data to identify development needs and provide targeted coaching on call quality, discovery, objection handling, and ICP focus. Configure and manage AI role-play tools to scale multilingual practice and generate consistent feedback across markets; capture high-performance behaviors and document best practices to translate trends into impactful training. This role requires B2B SaaS or sales-training experience, a coaching mindset, and fluency in at least one core EU language alongside English to support multilingual, multi-market teams. The position operates with an office-first setup in Europe (Barcelona and Milan) and emphasizes collaboration with SDR Team Leads and cross-market stakeholders.
Required Qualifications
- Experience in B2B SaaS SDR, BDR, Inside Sales, or Sales Training with strong outbound, discovery, objection handling, and qualification knowledge
- Ability to coach using call recordings, role plays, scorecards, and performance data to drive measurable improvement
- Experience building onboarding programmes, workshops, and practice sessions in ambiguous, fast-paced environments
- Fluency in at least one core EU language alongside English (e.g., French, German, Italian) with experience supporting multilingual and multi-market sales teams
