Job Summary
SDR & Lead Management Specialist role responsible for sourcing and evaluating U.S. investment opportunities, performing CMA analyses, and converting inbound inquiries into qualified appointments for the U.S. acquisitions team. Requires property-market research, data gathering, CRM logging, outbound/inbound call handling, and cross-functional collaboration with the acquisitions group. Key duties include on-market deal sourcing, CMA analysis, pipeline and records management, deal presentation to senior team, live answering of homeowner calls, data capture of property conditions and seller motivation, and scheduling follow-up evaluations. Ideal candidates demonstrate strong English communication, high attention to detail, proficiency with spreadsheets and CRM tools, reliable remote setup, and the ability to work autonomously in a full-time remote environment from South Africa, supporting U.S.-based real estate operations.
