Job Summary
Assist in managing projects to ensure delivery within scope, schedule, and budget. Collaborate with project teams to define objectives, scope, and deliverables; monitor progress and help identify and resolve issues and risks. Participate in resource allocation and budget monitoring; prepare and support presentations of project status to stakeholders. Engage in continuous learning and contribute to process improvement initiatives; assist project managers in coordinating activities and participate in cross-functional project teams as needed. Bachelor's degree in a relevant field and 6+ years of experience in project/program management required; PMP or PRINCE2 certifications are a plus. This role emphasizes in-person collaboration with DXC Technology in Beijing, China.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Typically, 6+ years of relevant work experience in project and program management
- Proficiencies in project management methodologies, tools, and software
- Certifications such as PMP (Project Management Professional) or PRINCE2 are a plus
